Workout Schedule

Here is my workout schedule for the week. It changes all the time, but this is just a rough template of what I do.


*Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are the days I go to the gym for the morning cross fit type class. Afterwards, I stay and do some light cardio on the elliptical, Cybex trainer, rowing machine, stair-stepper, or bike.

*Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday are the days I choose my own workouts. I really like BeFit on YouTube, FitnessBlenderPopSugar Fitness, XHIT Daily, and some Blogilates videos.
